• You must be a legal citizen of the United States.
• You must have a valid drivers license.
• You must have a reliable vehicle to drive daily.
• You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• You must be in good enough shape to maintain a brisk, steady work pace all day long, be able to climb ladders up to 40-feet tall, and be able to walk on roof tops and other high obstacles given proper safety equipment.
• You will need to be able to work 40 hours per week, and available year round.
• During peak hours of our production season, you will need to be able to work overtime including weekends.
• No summer only positions.
• Must have a willingness, openness, and ability to learn and change, even if you have years of experience in painting.
• You must be a team player and know what it means to work together with a team.
